Questions about your pillow

Is my pillow made just for me?

Yes. Amber only makes a pillow once you order it. She embroiders your design on her embroidery machine, packs your pillow herself and sends it to you.

Can I send my pillow back?

No. A pillow with your own design is made just for you, so it can't be returned. Why not, and what to do if something is wrong with your pillow, is explained under Shipping & returns.

How do you work out when my pillow arrives?

We count the working days Amber needs to embroider your pillow, plus the working days the parcel is on its way. Weekends and Belgian public holidays don't count. The date above is for an order placed today and sent to Belgium. Your cart shows the date for your country.
