Shipping and returns

Where do we ship, and what does it cost?

We ship to Belgium and the Netherlands. Shipping is a flat price per order, depending on the country.

When will my pillow arrive?

Amber makes your pillow only after you have ordered and paid. To work out when it arrives, we count the working days she needs to embroider it, plus the delivery time to your country from the overview above. Weekends and Belgian public holidays don't count.

The date you see at checkout and in your confirmation email is therefore an estimate of when your pillow will be with you.

Tracking your parcel

As soon as your pillow is on its way, you get an email with a link to follow your parcel (track & trace).

No right of withdrawal

A pillow with your own design is made just for you. That is why you can't send it back and have no right of withdrawal. This follows from art. VI.53, 3° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law (Wetboek van economisch recht) and art. 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU: for goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, there is no right of withdrawal. Before you pay, we ask you to confirm this once more.

Is something wrong with your pillow?

Then let's sort it out together. We look at each case on its own, under the legal guarantee: your pillow has to be as agreed. Please send us a message through the contact page as soon as you can, with photos of what is wrong.
